2 TBSP butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup + 1/4 cup powder parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream
2 cups dry shell pasta
Boil a large pot of water and add pasta shells. Boil for 10 minutes and drain. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and add garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds. Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Cook on medium heat until sauce is thick. Add drained pasta to this pot of sauce, stir, add 1/4 cup powder parmesan. Serve hot!
