Avocado Toast

This is a delicious and healthy way to start your day! The crunchier, the better! This tastes amazing with multi-grain toast but is delicious on any toast! #Avocadotoast #Vegetarian #Sonomnom4u




Ingredients:

2-4 pieces of bread, toasted crunchy (any kind is yummy!)

1 avocado

1-2 Tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice (depends on your taste!)

1/2 tsp fresh ground sea salt

1/2 tsp fresh cracked pepper

olive oil drizzle

Dash Salt and pepper to garnish

Everything Bagel Seasoning


Instructions:

Toast your bread and set aside on a plate.

Cut avocado and remove the seed. Discard the shell and place the inside of the seedless avocado into the bowl. Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mash up until it is well blended. It should be thick and spreadable.


Spread avocado blend onto each slice of toast. Add as little or as much as you'd like. Repeat with other pieces. Drizzle each topped toast with olive oil, bagel seasoning, and crack fresh salt and pepper over the top. Serve and enjoy!


If you have extra avocado mixture, place it in a lidded bowl and refrigerate for the next day!
