1 (14 oz) bag of coleslaw mix (we like the kind with purple cabbage and carrots)
3/4 cup mayonnaise
4 TBSP honey
4 TBSP fresh lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper until well blended. Add the slaw mix and toss until all the slaw mix is coated and there is no longer a big puddle of dressing in the bottom of the bowl.
Serve chilled. This goes great with Aaron's Smoked Brisket and Garlic Bread.
