Finger Gelatin

These Finger Gelatin snacks were a childhood favorite, but I still love them as an adult! Perfect mess-free and light snack for anyone on the run, and of course kids! A very refreshing summer treat, too! #SoNomNom4u

NOM NOM Finger Gelatin!

1 (3-oz) box of any flavored gelatin.

2 envelopes UNFLAVORED GELATIN (I use KNOX-each box has 4 packs)

1 TBSP lemon juice

1 -1/2 cups boiling water

1/2 cup cold water

Mix unflavored gelatin and lemon juice into cold water. Sprinkling gently the gelatin works better than pouring. You don't want lumpy gelatin!

Mix flavored gelatin into boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. When it is completely dissolved, pour cold, unflavored gelatin mixture into the hot flavored gelatin mixture and scrape sides of unflavored gelatin to get it all out of comtainer.

Stir the gelatins together until they are completely dissolved and you can no longet feel grains or lumps.

Pour into an 8" x 8" square pan or a 9" round pan. Place in the refrigerator and KEEP IT FLAT! Check it in a couple hours. When completely solid, cut into squares and serve. No utensils required1 Finger gelatin is meant to eat with your hands! NO MESS!
