Italian Fried Potatoes
5 potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
Oil for frying or deep fryer
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 TBSP Black pepper
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can of sliced black olives
2 TBSP Olive Oil
Wash potatoes thoroughly and cut them into wedges by cutting the potato in half lengthwise then cutting each half into 8ths. Toss into deep fryer or large pot filled 1/4 way with oil.
Slice onions and chop garlic. Saute onion, garlic, and black olives in olive oil until translucent. Remove from heat and set aside.
Remove potatoes from the fryer and toss with cheese, pepper, garlic, black olives and onion. Serve hot.
