4 TBSP Butter
3 TBSP Flour
3 cups half and half or milk
2 TBSP fresh cracked black pepper
2 tsp. season salt
In a large skillet (I love to use iron skillet!), melt Butter.
Add flour and mix until blended.
When flour is well mixed in, add half and half and wisk until it is completely blended and smooth.
Let simmer about a minute. When mixture thickens, remove from heat and season with season salt and fresh cracked pepper.
