Peach Pie Wontons

2 individual fruit cups, drained
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup flour
About 15 wonton wraps
1/4 cup powder sugar
Heat fresh oil in Deep Fryer to 375 F.
In a medium bowl, combine all filling ingredients. Stir until well blended.
Place a square wonton wrapperpoint sdes up and down. Add a small amount of peach filling on center of the wonton wrapper and wet the seams with some water, using your finger and fold it in half (bottom corner matching top corner) to shape into a triangle. Fold up each side corner (see image above for finished result) and set aside. Repeat until all wonton wrappers are full.
Deep fry about 1-2 minutes, stirring often. Remove from fryer when golden brown. Place on paper towel-lined plate and sift with powder sugar. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! SO Nom Nom! Best when served warm with a side scoop of vanilla ice cream!
