2 lb shrimp
1 package dry linguine or fettucine (or make your own)
2 TBSP lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
3 TBSP + 1 tsp salt
4 TBSP butter
4 TBSP + 1 TBSP Olive oil
1/2 cup wine
1 TBSP Italian Seasoning'
Fresh grated Parmesan Cheese (to taste)
Fill a large pot with water, 3 TBSP salt and 1 TBSP olive oil. Bring to a boil and make package pasta as directed on box. Drain, toss with olive oil and set aside.
In a large skillet, melt t BSP butter. Add garlic and saute for abouit 1 minute. Add 4 TBSP olive oil, wine, salt, pepper, italian seasoning and shrimp. COok about 2-3 minutes or until shrimp is pink and done. remove from heat.
Place some pasta on the plate and spoon shrimp and juices over pasta. Sprinkle with parmesan and serve steaming hot.
