Steamed Broccoli with Butter Drizzle
1 broccoli crown, cut into florets
1 cup water
2 TBSP butter
1 tsp garlic salt
2 cloves garlic, chopped
In a medium pot, add 1 cup of water and place a steaming rack inside. Place washed, cut florets on the rack and put a lid on the pot. Turn up heat and let it steam for about 10 minutes. Remove lid and remove broccoli with tongs and place on a serving plate. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt butter and add fresh garlic and garlic salt. cook on low about 2 minutes and remove from heat
Drizzle garlic butter over the plate of freshly steamed broccoli. Serve hot!
